In His Own Words #1

06-stephenWhen asked our team intern about his experience with Fingers Crossed Racing so far! Here is his response:

“Working with Fingers Crossed Racing, so far, has been an adventure all in its own. The Audi Coupe (Sergei) is coming along great, but there is still so much more to be done. Every time you bolt or add something to the car, it just makes you so much closer to being done. Our mascot Cooper is in training to be able to bring us tools when we need them. In the mean time, he likes to try to lick your face as you’re trying to work.

Going up to PPIR, for Val to get his competition license, was an awesome time! Being able to be in the pits to see what goes on and making sure everything is the way it needs to be before you go out to race again is exciting. Even though you are racing against the people that are in the same pits as you, everyone is friendly and willing to help you out with anything you need. Watching Val and Savannah racing on the track just makes me more anxious to ride in the passenger seat or even better drive! Everything is so fast paced in the pits but it just gets your adrenaline going. I couldn’t imagine what it would be like if I were racing.”

Well, Stephen, we are glad that you’ve enjoyed your first few months on the job. Congratulations on your high school graduation…. get ready for a summer filed with more speed and adrenaline!
